The Sanremo Compact Zoe 

The Zoe Compact also has volumetric controls for increased consistency and ease of use. In particular, we really like this machine for mobile coffee trucks & trailers and any small café or restaurant environment that needs 2 group heads, but doesn't have the counter top space for a full sized espresso machine.

Key Features

Heat Exchanger- brew water is pulled through a copper pipe that runs through the boiler, while steam is pulled directly from the boiler, allowing you to brew and steam at the same time. 

Volumetric Controls- Automates brewing with programmable buttons for consistent shot volumes, streamlining the process for baristas in busy settings, ensuring efficiency and quality control.

Double Reading Gauge: Allows you to control the boiler pressure and the distribution pressure at the same time.

Activated Eletronic Preinfusion: Management of the delayed activation of water solenoid in the first phase of brewing.

Electronic auto-level:Through an eletronic level probe, the boiler is automatically filled and maintained to the right filling level.

Easy Service: Fast across to the internal parts, for quick and easy technical service.

Automatic Cleaning cycle: Process for coffee groups cleaning
